How long do refill requests take?
Most routine refill requests are reviewed within one to two business days. Requests submitted outside normal clinic hours will be reviewed during the next business period.
Will I need updated laboratory testing?
Some medications require periodic laboratory monitoring before another refill can be authorized. If testing is needed, our team will contact you with the appropriate next steps.
What information should I have ready?
Please have your medication nearby. The form may ask which medication you are requesting, your current dosage, approximately how much remains, and whether your mailing address has changed.
What should I do if I have already run out?
Submit the request as soon as possible. If you have completely run out, call or text the office at 407-710-1840 so our team can determine the safest and most appropriate next step.
Will I need a follow-up appointment?
Depending on your medication, treatment plan, recent symptoms, and the time since your last evaluation, your provider may recommend a follow-up appointment before authorizing additional refills.
What if my symptoms or health have changed?
A refill request is not a substitute for evaluation of new or changing symptoms. Please schedule a follow-up visit or contact the clinic so your treatment plan can be reviewed appropriately.
